Sony says that players will be able to feel the ground beneath them as they drive a car through muddy terrain. The new haptic feedback technology inside the DualSense allows the player to feel more than the traditional rumble from a DualShock. The number one feature is haptic feedback. With the DualSense, Sony is trying to improve immersion in video games through the sense of touch within gameplay.
